1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SinkPort service ("Service"), provided by NapSac Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

SinkPort is a portfolio generation and management tool that allows developers to create, format, and deploy their professional portfolios directly to GitHub platforms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (including Firebase and Google OAuth).
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must ensure that the content you upload and deploy does not violate any third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.

4. Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile, materials, and code exported via the Service remain yours. However, by setting your pages to be viewed publicly on GitHub Pages, you agree to allow others to view your content.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NapSac Labs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
