1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide better services to our users. The specific data we collect includes:
- Account Information: When you sign up using Google OAuth or Firebase Auth, we collect your email address, primary name, and basic profile data.
- Portfolio Data: Information you explicitly enter into the dashboard, including work experiences, academic history, projects, and personal descriptions.
- GitHub Metadata: When exporting your portfolio, we temporarily process GitHub access tokens if you utilize direct repository commits.
2. How We Use Information
The information we collect is strictly used to render and host your professional resume application. We use your authentication data to securely isolate your dashboard, and your portfolio data is serialized into HTML specifically to build your generated outputs. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security and Infrastructure
Your data is stored securely using Firebase Firestore databases. Access to personal data is restricted to strictly necessary operations. Connections between your browser and our servers are encrypted using standard SSL/TLS protocol standards.
4. Third-Party Access
Our services use external identity providers (Google Firebase Auth) to authenticate sessions. When opting to commit to GitHub directly, you authorize us to use GitHub API standards on your behalf to publish your HTML strings into public or private repository domains of your choosing.
5. User Rights
You retain the right to request the deletion of all your stored data. Through the dashboard, you may edit or permanently destroy your portfolio segments. Account deletion securely wipes your records from our primary Firebase database structure.
